baj9 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 General Terms & Definitions

Baj9 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform") operates an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between baj9 and the user.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on baj9 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all transactions:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 300.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment number used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Verification may take up to 24 hours when required.
• Once a bonus is accepted after a deposit, withdrawals will not be permitted until the wagering requirement has been completed.

Baj9 reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transaction for investigation. Transactions identified as being related to money laundering or fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Baj9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules are as follows:

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only.

• In any game-related dispute, baj9's system logs will be considered the definitive record.

Baj9 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any game. Bets exceeding the set limit will not be accepted, and any winnings earned beyond that limit may be voided.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baj9. Any account found engaging in them will be suspended immediately:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Fraud, cheating, or impersonation.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Attempting to hack the game system or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Harassing or insulting other players.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Using a third-party payment method.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

8 Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from issues with the user's own device.
• Service disruption caused by third-party technical failures.
• Cases where unauthorized access to a user's account occurs due to the user's own negligence.

Baj9 always strives to maintain uninterrupted service. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues, and no compensation will be provided in such cases.

9 Responsible Gaming

Baj9 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, never a cause of financial stress. That is why we place responsible gaming at the top of our priorities.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You have the option to temporarily lock your account for a set period.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
